Mike Bynum, Pastor/Elder

"It is my desire to see people come to experience a genuine life with Christ and develop into intentional followers of Jesus."

Mike along with his wife, Cindy and two girls, Tricia and Shelly came to Grace Fellowship in July of 2007 after serving God in Ohio for over twenty years. While in Ohio Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Cedarville College and his Master of Arts in Religion Degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School based in Deerfield, Illinois.

Mike Lovan, Pastor of Discipleship & Admin/Elder

"I have a desire to introduce others to Jesus."

Pastor Mike is truly a man of God. He has a heart for connect groups, especially the mens ministry. Mike has been with the church for many years now and became a member of the staff in 2010. Outside of the church Mike loves target shooting, bow hunting and spending time with his family.

Joel Hopkins, Youth Pastor

"I want to bless others the way I have been blessed"

Joel was born in Columbus, Ohio where he became a Buckeye fan from the moment he entered this world.  His family then moved to Michigan and during Joel's adolescent years God opened his eyes and gave him a fervent desire to learn more about God's word.  God then called Joel to full-time ministry which then led him to receive his Bachelors of Arts at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, IL.  During his years there he met his better half Ellen who was an international student from Germany studying there as well.  After getting married in 2006 Joel and Ellen finished their Master of Arts degrees at Wheaton Graduate School while they both served in youth ministry.  Both Joel and Ellen along with their two girls (Eliana, Johanna) have a passion for disciple-making and seeing young people become equipped to build up God's church.  Joel loves hanging out with young people, playing strategy computer/board games, and riding his motorcycle.  Working with young people over the past 10 years keeps him young and he enjoys playing and watching most sports (especially football, basketball, and volleyball).

Randy Wouters, Director of Worship and Creative Arts

"Looking to better myself every single day through the grace of God"

Randy Wouters and his wife Amy live in West Melbourne. They have 3 children and one on the way! Randy has been a worship leader for 15 years and brings with him experience in dynamic and sincere worship. Randy has a bachelor of science degree from Florida State University in Exercise Physiology and iscurrently teaching biology and chemistry at Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy.  Randy is involved in leading the chapel band ministry at his school as well as enjoying his side job as a springboard diving coach. Randy’s desire is to help lead our congregation in authentic praise and worship of our Personal Lord and Savior. Randy is also excited to use his skills as a multi-instrumentalist to grow and train up a thriving worship arts ministry as well.                                                 


Tricia Bynum, Childrens Ministry Director

"God has a plan for me and I plan to walk that path the best I can"

Tricia has a love for God and children and hopes that she can continue to add value to everyone in the group. If you ask anyone about Tricia you would get the same response from everyone. She has a huge heart and loves to serve everyone she comes into contact with.
